Queen of Opera

Performance
Information

Queen of Opera appearances are curated specifically for the occasion. The information below outlines the materials and production coordination needed to prepare the performance.

A considered performance, created for the occasion.

The presenter establishes the event format and allotted performance time. D’Andrea Pelletier then shapes the repertoire and artistic arc of the appearance according to the audience, setting, and placement within the program.

01

Performance Curation

Repertoire is selected by D’Andrea to suit the occasion, audience, performance length, and overall artistic flow. Rather than selecting from a standard song list, each appearance is designed as a complete performance.

02

Program and Timeline

Please provide the most current event program, run of show, or production timeline when available. This allows the performance to be shaped appropriately within the full program.

03

Audio Production

Professional audio support must be provided by the presenter or venue. Please share the contact information for the production or AV representative handling sound so technical arrangements can be coordinated directly.

04

Playback and Cues

A member of the Queen of Opera team will attend to coordinate performance playback and cues with the event’s audio team.

05

Sound Check

Sound-check and rehearsal timing will be coordinated with the production representative once the event schedule has been established.

06

Administrative Coordination

Following confirmation, scheduling and event logistics are handled through the Queen of Opera administrative team.

07

Special Repertoire Requests

Repertoire is selected by the artist. Special requests may be considered when artistically appropriate and submitted with sufficient preparation time.
